Dear Valued Patterson Customer,

Over the past several days and weeks, the Patterson team has been closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) to understand how it impacts our employees, customers and communities that we serve. It is our top priority to keep you and our employees safe, and we have taken several measures in order to meet this objective as we implement and adapt our business continuity plans. This includes employing more frequent cleaning services at our sales offices, branch offices and fulfilment centers, and closely following the Centers for Disease Control’s guidelines and recommendations for preventing the spread of the virus. We have shared instructions to our employees to wash their hands regularly, and to stay home if they feel sick or have been in a part of the world that has been identified as a coronavirus-related risk. Additionally, we are limiting customer interactions with our Patterson team members. Our commitment to serve the needs of our customers is as strong now as it has ever been. To ensure we do our part in mitigating the risk of the spread of Covid 19, we have asked our customer facing outside sales force to work remotely for the remainder of March. We are asking that customers not visit any sales offices, branch locations or fulfillment centers in-person. However, our strong network of outside and inside sales personnel will be available to serve your needs remotely.

We will continue to monitor and assess this situation as it develops and will keep you posted about any changes or updates. One of our guiding values is People First. In that spirit of living this value we will strive to do all we can to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees and customers. It is our top priority, and we appreciate your patience and cooperation as we navigate these unprecedented circumstances.
